Each newly synced tracking number will consume 1 tracking quota, regardless of how many updates it receives.

⚠️ Important:

If you are tracking ocean cargo tracking numbers or air waybill numbers, each one will consume 100 tracking quotas due to the complexity and cost of syncing these data.


πŸ’¬ What happens when I upgrade my plan?

βœ… Whether you're upgrading from Free to Paid, or from a lower paid plan to a higher one:

  • The upgrade takes effect immediately.
  • Your used quota stays the same, and your available quota updates to the new plan’s quota.
  • Your billing cycle does not change. We will automatically calculate a prorated fee for the remaining days in your current cycle.

πŸ’¬How will I be billed when I upgrade my plan?

  • We automatically calculate the prorated fee based on the remaining days in your billing cycle.
  • For example, if you sign up on May 1 for the $49 plan, you’ll be billed $49 immediately. If on May 15 you upgrade to the $69 plan, then on June 1 you’ll be billed $79. This includes $69 for the renewal of your subscription, plus a $10 prorated adjustment for the half-month difference between the $49 and $69 plans.

  • The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
  • Your current plan and quota remain active until the cycle ends.
  • Downgrades do not generate refunds.

Once your quota is used up, new tracking numbers cannot be added automatically. You can either upgrade your plan or pay the usage fee to continue syncing:

  • Pro plan ($9–$99/month): $0.04 per extra shipment.
  • Advanced plan ($129+/month): $0.02 per extra shipment.

βœ… No, your existing tracking numbers will continue to update normally, and your tracking data will be retained even if you switch to the Free plan.
